You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Required information includes your full name, date of birth, active mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all account funds.
Wg96 conducts a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with industry best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or driver's licence at any stage of platform use, particularly prior to processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. Failure to provide the required documents may delay or block your withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. wg96 recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login details with anyone. All activity that occurs within your account is your full responsibility.
Wg96 accepts deposits via a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your transactions.
Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are credited to your wg96 account within 1 to 5 minutes after a successful transaction. If a deposit is not credited within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support with proof of payment for immediate review.
All funds deposited into your wg96 account belong to you and may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes on the wg96 platform. wg96 will not use member funds for internal operational purposes. Member funds are held in an account separate from the company's operating funds.
To qualify for a withdrawal, members must have fully completed the KYC process and the account must be active and in good standing. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
Wg96 processes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours (8 AM to 12 midnight). Withdrawals requested outside operating hours will be processed in the next available session. Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional processing time due to enhanced security checks.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or digital wallet used for deposit, or one that has been registered and verified in your account. This is a security measure to protect your funds from any fraudulent attempts.
Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until that requirement is fully met.
All bonuses and promotions offered by wg96 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. Bonuses are only valid for use within the stipulated period and will expire automatically thereafter.
Before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered to the specified multiplier. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of RM 2,000 using those bonus funds before a withdrawal is permitted.
Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or by other means is a violation of these terms.
Wg96 reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated wins if there is evidence of promotional abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms. wg96 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games at wg96 use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes. No party — including wg96 — can predict or manipulate the result of any game.
The outcome of all games recorded by wg96 servers is final and binding. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the wg96 server records, the server records shall serve as the definitive reference.
In the event of a technical disruption, connection failure, or system issue during an active game, wg96 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on saved game records. wg96 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection problems on the member's end.
Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits that are set and displayed within the respective game interface. VIP members enjoy higher betting limits according to their membership tier.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting wg96 customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible account balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to fulfilment of all applicable conditions.
Wg96 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures stipulated by wg96.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
